Visitors will have the opportunity to hear sounds of the deep, including calls of marine mammals, use special virtual reality goggles to view the depths of the sea and watch volunteer divers remove old fishing nets from the seabed, take photos, and play environmental games. On Friday, 3 June, Flisvos Marina will also welcome students from schools in Paleo Faliro and Alimos to take a guided tour of the composting unit and learn about good waste-management practices. Finally, visitors to the marina will have the opportunity to learn about good liquid waste disposal practices that contribute effectively to environmental protection.
