Certified by Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana (AVPN), this special pizza is baked in a wood oven made in Naples with bricks from Vesuvius. Its light dough is made daily in the store by pizzaiolos of Napolitivo (trained in Italy by Italian maestros) and matures 12-14 hours before being baked.
In the Marina of Flisvos there is a small Naples where the days begin with aromatic espresso, continue with delicious antipasti and panini, exuberant pasta, cool salads, authentic gelato and unsurpassed dolci, to end in complete relaxation: aperitivo or a glass of Italian wine.
